Frequently asked questions :-

What is the difference between a Free Plan service and a Free Trial service?

Each account includes one moderator at no charge. This is a Free Plan service. Any account that wishes to add additional moderators can initially have the additional account(s) on a 30 day Free Trial.

What happens with a Free Trial service at the end of the 30 day free period?

If the additional moderator(s) opened as 30 day Free Trial is cancelled at anytime during the 30 days the account will be cancelled. If the account holder wants the additional moderator service to continue after the 30 days the account holder must then pay for the service.

Once a service moves to be chargeable how do I cancel?

Cancellation can be self administered through the customer login or by email or written letter.
If a chargeable account is cancelled at anytime during the first 30 days of commencing payment we will reimburse the whole 30 day fee. If a chargeable service is cancelled after the first 30 day chargeable period has ended the full fee for that month will be charged.

What is the cancellation period?

Maximum period 1 month

Are chargeable services paid in arrears or in advance?

In advance.

How many additional moderators can be added to a single account?
